I’m not a big drinker, but I love a good sangria, and even more so at Christmas! This super simple recipe can easily be doubled or even tripled if you’re having a Christmas party!

Holiday Sangria
Servings: 4 drinks
Equipment
- 1 large pitcher
Ingredients
- 1/2 orange sliced
- 1/2 apple sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- handful cranberries
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup brandy
- 1 bottle red wine I recommend Pinot Noir
- 1 cup ice optional
Instructions
- Add the orange and apple slices, the cranberries and brown sugar to a large pitcher. Muddle for about 30 seconds to release the juices.
- Then, add in the orange juice and brandy, and muddle again for another 30 seconds. Add in the red wine, then stir and taste. Adjust with more brown sugar, brandy or orange juice if needed.
- Add in the ice, if using, and the cinnamon stick and then serve immediately or store in the fridge.
