
There’s something about the mojito combination of mint and lime that just tastes to refreshing and absolutely delicious. And, after making this absolutely delicious drink, I will be definitely experimenting more with different types of mocktails! I know not everyone likes to drink, so here’s a an alternative for you to still have a fun drink!

Mocktail Mojito
Servings: 1 drink
Equipment
- 1 muddle
- 1 glass
Ingredients
- ginger lime seltzer
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish
- 1 half fresh lime sliced into quarters
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar add more if you prefer it sweeter
- ice cubes
Instructions
- In a medium glass, add the mint leaves, 2 quarters of the lime, and the sugar. Using a muddle, or if you don't have one a metal spoon, crush the lime, mint, and sugar all together until a juice has formed at the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass a quarter way with the seltzer, then add a couple of ice cubes, then fill to the top with more seltzer. Stir well, to make sure everything is well mixed. Adjust with more sugar if you want it sweeter!
- Add a slice of lime to the side of the glass and add fresh mint on top. Enjoy!
